New Years

So every year people say that they are going to do thiing different in the year to come, I am one of them. I thought this year it would be cool if I actually stuck to what I say. I have come up with a list of things I would like to do before the year 2009 is over. I am going to post my progress on here once a week to try and keep myself on track. Well here we go, here are is the list of things I would like to accomplish in 2009:

1) Get my tooth removed ( not actually my first thing to do but it is bothering today so it is on my mind)
2) Take a class
3) Get a remote for my camera
4) Get a Flash
5) Lose 10-15 lbs
6) Get business cards
7) Learn to read a crotchet pattern
8) Sew more
9) Do a craft fair
10) Post on here once a week
11) Save $2,000-$3,000
12) Take pictures of atleast 3 people that aren't family
13) Learn to use more of my new Photoshop Elements program
14) Leave my apartment more (HAHA I am a home body)
15) Get another tattoo
16) Get my christmas shopping done before December

I am sure there are more but that is all I can think of at the moment. Hope everyone has a happy and safe New years with the ones you love!!!!

Long time

Wow I didn't realize how long it has been since I have posted pictures. Well here are some pictures that I took of Summer for her first christmas. She is a super cutie but for the life of me I could not get her to smile. After an hour or so we got a few smiles. Here are some pictures let me know what you think.

Hiking Mount Chocorua

This past weekend a few friends and I hiked up Mount Chocorua in Conway New Hampshire. The morning started off with waking up at 5:30 am which is way to early for me. A large coffee and a bagel later I was ready to go. We got to the mountain at about 8:30 am. The weather was pretty crappy. One the way up it misty but not to bad. We made it to the top in about 3 hours and then on the way down it started to down pour. We were soaked by the time we reach the car. So I didn't get to many pictures but here are a few I got before it reallt started to come down.

Family Pictures

Finally I did my first family shoot. True it is my sister's family but it is giving me some experience! I loved it and they love them so I guess all that matters is that we were both happy with the outcome. Hope you all enjoy my sister's beautiful family!

Fair time!!!

Sunday my best friend, her son, my neice and I went to the fair. It was a beautiful day and we had so much fun. Here are a few pictures!

She was so afraid of the merry go round. So after I took this picture I had to hold on to her. But by the end of the ride she loved it!

Matty is 4!!

Well my friends little boy turned the Big 4 last friday. He is super cute and was so excited for his birthday. We got together last Wednesday to do a little photo shoot to capture him at almost 4 years old. Let me tell you I thought I had a big monster growing out of my head because no matter what I would do he would not look at me! I would talk to him and get him laughing and then as soon I brought the camera to my eye he would turn his face and do a squishy face smile. I got some really cute ones but believe me it was really hard work and we didn't have much day light to work with. Hope you enjoy!

More beach Photos

I abosolutely love the beach. I live about a mile away from Wells Beach in maine. It is so beautiful. I will I could get there more then I do, but when I do I always have my camera. While I was there a few days ago I shot these photos. I am hoping to get some more before summer is over. That just made me sad! Summer is almost over. I hope everyone enjoys the holiday weekend and gets out and enjoys the beautiful weather.
