Long time

I know it has been a while since I have posted new pictures. I have been shooting a little and I will have pictures to post tomorrow. I am planning on a late night of editing photos. My bestfriends mom makes quilts. She can take any picture and put it on a quilt. they are beautiful. she has asked me to edit some photos she received from a person that would like a quilt. I am excited to see what i can do with the pictures and see how they will look on the quilt. I will keep you posted and maybe I can get a picture of the quilt before she gives it to them.

I am have a very artistic, creative motivation today. I figured I would share what I have been working on. I tried to recreate the effect that I posted in another blog. It is not exactly the same but it is close. Not sure which one I like better.

Summer Time

Here are some new picture of summer fun.

I am beginning to get use to my new camera. I absolutely love it. I have just started reading a book about photography and hopefully I can take a class soon. I have a few new pictures from this weekend.

4th of July weekend

Well I found a willing subject for my pictures this holiday weekend, my little nephew. He is the cutest little man and he is grow so fast. I am going to get as many pictures as I can while he is growing. It is a little harder to get his beautiful 5 years old sister to join in on the fun but maybe next time.

I also took some couple pictures that I will post later!

Trying new things!!!

So lately I have been highly motivated in taking pictures, my only problem is that I don't have a subject. It is hard to find some one that just has the time to come and hang out so that I can use my new camera. So, needless to say I used myself.

The picture above is with a little boosting and a soft focus.

These have no editing well beside removing the paper clip that I used to focus on and forgot to remove before I shot the picture.

This one I love but I couldn't do it again if I tried (well maybe I could but it would take a while)
